If you ask Korean girls what is their favorite food, % of them will answer “TTEOKBOKKI”. It’s the most popular Korean street food that spicy, sweet, chewy just so tasty. A lot of street vendors use MSG but this recipe doesn’t need MSG, because we make it from Anchovy broth!


{ Anchovy broth }
Dried anchovies (myeolchi, dipori) 40 g
Dried kelp (5 cm x 3 cm) 4
Dried shiitake 5 or 6

Gochukaru (fine) 3 TB
Gochujang 2 TB
Soy sauce 3 TB
Oligo syrup 4 TB
Brown sugar 2 TB
Oyster sauce 1 TB
